I felt as though we were dealing with someone just learning the job, there was a huge lack of information that we should have been told during the process, but we weren't . As a result we had to make numerous calls to ask questions, get clarification and even then we were given incorrect info. And it was from more than one person. Example... we were told we needed a termite inspection but not what form to use, then cone to find out through several phone calls, our state doesn't require it

I believe some of the confusion and delays were caused by the Covid-19 virus shutdown so it will not influence the way we feel about PennyMac. In normal times I'm sure this would have been a much better experience.
