We had the request of closing within 30 days. Rosario made that happen for us. And it was a feat because we moved from one state to another.

I felt abandoned by my loan officer harry. I sent multiple emails with questions that he would not respond to. When someone would email I could hardly get them on the line. I was told multiple times my person was at lunch... regardless of when I called. Nancy was very helpful and got results but getting to her was too hard. Due to my work schedule I asked two times for a call at specific times (always giving 1-2 hour timeframe).... it did not happen. Too many emails and phone unanswered
