During my refinance the Pennymac team was busy. Sometimes I did not get replies right away, but this was during the Coronavirus issue so it is understandable. Brian Mitchell was fantastic to work with. I would recommend him. My concerns are more with the original Loan Officer.
Loan process was easy, had a great experience. Closing was in my home, Very convenient.
Scheduling a date/time for the official closing was very confusing and resettled in several rescheduling a. I would send an email to my PennyMac reps but didn’t always get a response. I would then have to call into the general line in order to get assistance.
Fred and Denny were a pleasure to work with!
With exception of a dual signing scheduling issue with one of the title companies, the entire process was very smooth and easy. All questions were answered promptly and accurately.
