Great communication
The cost of the refinance was reasonable. The ease of the steps leading to the closing went faster than expected. The interest rate is great. Thank you for getting me the lower cost mortgage.

Overall process was excellent and everything was handled in a timely manner
There were inconsistencies from the beginning with an issue that no one was able to solve until I finally took it upon myself to contact the initial loan officer. It created tremendous frustration and honestly I was on the verge of leaving. There was a issues with the appointment to sign my documents as well! Really!?! I won’t be recommend this service in the future and if I ever refinance I will not go with Penny MAC period. You can listen to all the recorded lines to see what transpired.
