Communication through the process let me know what to expect at every step in the process.
The process was very quick and easy. The PennyMac Team was great and responded to all of my questions.

Terrible staff and communication. Had to constantly call and pry for information. Some team members were unwilling to answer questions in depth, very short and rude responses by employees.
I was not given the details about how the process worked, i.e. I didn't know when my closing was and I was not told that I had to have a witness at the closing. I found out at the very last minute from the closing attorney.
