It was the website and not Lana that continually requested the same documents. Lana was excellent to work with.
It was wick and easy process.
Very Smooth Process.
Friendly and helpful
The process overall was fine. I did receive emails and calls from my assigned person. However every time I returned a call or tried to speak to someone specific I was told they were on another call or not in the office. It is silly to the point of frustration to be told you have a designated person to help you through the process only to never speak with them directly. As I am just ok with how the process went I would look elsewhere in the future.
Great customer service. Felt respected and was surprised at how streamlined the process was. Everyone I interactes with was super.
