Angel Potts was great, from A to Z. She explained everything to me even kept her cool and respectful when I seemed frustrated or didn’t understand some things. That is great customer service. Some of the loan processors seem to need a bit more customer service training on how they speak to the customer and how to treat them. This is not an easy process, loan processors should be respectful too and try to help customer and answer questions in a timely, respectful manner. Angel was amazing A++

Johnnie did a great job explaining all the details and any options that were available. The MY Mac team kept me updated throughout the whole process! Closing was easy and quick. Overall good experience.

Everything from the inspection lady to the notary to Nicole and even to the first guy that I talk to I forgot his name but he was very pleasant also everything was great easy and I have to say enjoyable if a loan process can be enjoyable thank you Pennymac and thank the people that help me I have a young daughter that is getting ready to try to get a house and I would really like someone to contact her to see how much she can get a loan for and to help her like y’all and help me if so please tex
