I have never in my life seen a mortgage loan close in 16 days from first phone call to signing with the escrow agent. So happens I had PennyMac prior to this closing. As I’ve communicated to Teresa Henry, my loan was just put on Miranda’s desk to gather dust. She kept asking me for prof of closing costs of $6,xxx.xx of which I was promised By the loan initiator I would not be responsible for paying. He said I was granted a $4,xxx.xx credit to help with closing costs.
