The convenience and ease of the process
Evan was awesome. I called cause my check had not cleared that I mailed three weeks earlier. Evan checked on that and then askde if I had about 15 minutes cause he thought he could save us thousands on our mortgage. I listened and it was amazing. 1.25% reduction in interest rate. Communication needs to improve. We had to call many times and find out what was required of us instead of penny Mac calling us to inform us what they needed. Many documents were uploaded by us and asked for again multiple times.
