I started the process in Late September with John Anding. John was very curious and was straight forward with everything. He had very good knowledge of the loan process. Once we moved forward my loan was transferred to a loan processor by the name of Nicholas Batten. Nicholas was nice but seemed but could not give me a straight answer on an issue within the loan process. After several e-mails and phone calls about some items with Nicholas I was then passed over to another processor.

Everardo and the rest of the PennyMac representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. I was thoroughly informed throughout the entire loan application processing.

Nate and the entire Pennymac team were very helpful throughout this entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the entire process.
Adam Key was the worst loan officer I’ve dealt with. He started the process by not clearly detailing the loan costs and APR. He was then unable to give me a reason why my APR was higher than he said it would be before applying (no credit or equity issues). Because of this, I shopped the loan and got a better rate. I asked Adam to price match and he said he would ask and call me back in about two hours. He never called back.
