Ammie was extremely confusing when I asked about the status of the refinance of our loan. Whenever I would speak to her I’d continuously ask her if there’s any more documents needed and she’d say no. However, multiple emails were sent to us asking for more documentation. It seemed that she delayed the process for nearly a month about her claiming that we didn’t have enough coverage. Our Insurance agent got involved and explained to her that we had more coverage than what was asked.
