John Dorey was fantastic to worth with. He answered so many questions from me during a several month process leading up the loan. The issues started though when we were handed off to the loan closing team. We were asked for several documents multiple times as they had lost them. We were given 4 different closing disclosures (all of them were wrong). It was only corrected once I reached back out to John and had him step back into the process. Overall I would do another loan with PennyMac though.

One of your co work were terrible communication. We had to send 4 th time on email for home owner insurance and some another info third time plus we had no idea why wrong info appeared on our documents. It was not relax for us due lack communication.
