Angel Potts was great, from A to Z. She explained everything to me even kept her cool and respectful when I seemed frustrated or didn’t understand some things. That is great customer service. Some of the loan processors seem to need a bit more customer service training on how they speak to the customer and how to treat them. This is not an easy process, loan processors should be respectful too and try to help customer and answer questions in a timely, respectful manner. Angel was amazing A++

Evan was awesome. I called cause my check had not cleared that I mailed three weeks earlier. Evan checked on that and then askde if I had about 15 minutes cause he thought he could save us thousands on our mortgage. I listened and it was amazing. 1.25% reduction in interest rate. It changed mine an dmy wifes life and future. Thanks so much, Evan rocks!
