Not realizing we pd our taxes and telling us we had to pay this ridiculous amount of money because of appraisal when in fact it was our taxes. Fighting to get this reduced when if the investigated that would have seen it was our taxes that we did pay. Still waiting for a credit check

Everyone I dealt with were professional at all times. My questions were answered promptly. The few things I had to submit for my refinance was able to be transmitted to them quickly. I had weekly check in’s and once I submitted what they requested I received a call that all was well. Thank you

Friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, understandable, patient.
This was a rough closing. The loan application with Loan Officer was great. He had good communication. I never had a issue reaching him always had a prompt reply. However, once my loan went under contract, it was near impossible to contact my Loan Specialist. Her phone was usually forwarded to a call center, and many of my emails only saw an automated response. When I did work with her, I found her to be extremely pleasant knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work with her.
