Awesome service from everybody at PennyMac!
While the process didn't go as fast as it was supposed to, there were extenuating circumstances that couldn't be avoided, so I'm not upset. My questions were clearly answered. The only thing I would have liked more would have been the option for simple interest instead of fixed interest.
