Very poor communication between not only the loan processing agent and myself, but also between my loan processing agent and loan representative, both of whom work for PennyMac! The level of incompetence displayed should concern PennyMac. This transaction should have been smooth and drama-free, especially given it was merely a VA Home Loan Streamlined Refinance! Totally unacceptable experience. A significant breakdown occurred because the “left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.”
