Did not get bogged down in bureaucracy and red tape. One point of contact - Jesse - provided a seamless process.
Bryan was a big help, he help me find different options to close the loan and I really appreciate that. I prefer you guys contacting the person directly instead of emails due to emails sometimes ending up in junk mail. Overall happy with my end result

Not much different than other lenders, it’s up to the people that you get and you’re on checking up to keep things moving
some things were not communicated to me properly , this is why I say all contact should be between loan officer an client . I talk with several people an all would tell me something different this is what I do not call GOOD BUSINESS ..
