The only problem was that the credit reporting agency mistakenly reported a lien by the company holding the small loan for 5 thermal replacement windows. The loan company was contacted. They said there was no lien and provided a letter so stating to the title company. Problem solved.

The survey indicated how I felt about my recent refi, however, I had a pennymac rep call me the other day and was not cooperative or helpful and was short with me and rude I could not confirm if she was with your team and I am leary of scammers so I requested yhat she send me an email and a call back number my request was refused so I am still leaning towards the possibility that the caller was not from your team

No issues and a great business experience. The closing process was non eventful and no surprises. In comparison to other mortgage companies, PennyMac has ranked at the top!

Pennymac is first class service, they did what they said they would do. I appreciate that they did not require a second appraisal since we had one completed just a few months prior. I hope we can refi again if it makes sense.
