I was walked through the process
Jessica and Jimmie were fantastic. Only complaint is final down payment was incorrect and I had to send an additional $84 check to title company after settlement.
From start to finish everything was communicated clearly. The process was extremely quick. I started the discussion received a good rate for my refinance in order to get cash out and it was all done fast. Started on a Saturday and closed 10 days later on a Wednesday

After closing my original loan Spring of 2021; I wasn't satisfied at the initial intrest rate however content just to get the closing done pre-pandemic. About 8mnths later with the stock market and rising intrest rates by staying with Penny Mac i was able to get the lower intrest rate i felt as if I should've had initially and the closing was as easy as online documentation signing and the notary came right to our dining room table. I was so happy the process was never complicated. I cnt thank Penny Mac enough!
Very clean and professional closing!
My loan agent was prompt and pretty clear about what was needed with documentation. Some communication was needed to clarify and make my point which then required sending more documentation in completeness. He truly stuck with me and worked hard at seeing to it we had the best chance of obtaining our loan at the lowest rate available to us!
Nolan was very personable and the document signing process submission of documents etc. worked well.
