Fast and convenient
The process was explained well and proceeded without a hitch within the 30 day time frame. The only down side was the different number of people who responded to me, or requested docs. It seemed very impersonal. I would have preferred to deal with one person all the way through. I don’t even remember who Taylor Pritchard was.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. My experience with PennyMac has been very good.

Process took way too long. Brandon was not helpful in explaining status of loan application or expectation of completion. I have a very high FICO score and low loan to value. No excuse to delay loan approval for months.
