Good experience
Everything was smooth and easy..... thank you
The title company had a multitude of errors and failed at most every opportunity to correct them. Julianna was great, but the issues were with title and closing. We were delayed due to errors by Radian and I will be dealing with correcting the escrow errors for the next few weeks to come, once my account is ready on the service side.
I has to call PennyMac myself to get updates/status of process, I NEVER EVER heard from Tashia Hoeskstra during the entire process, i based my answers on survey off what services i received from her which was NONE, she was just a loan officer in name ONLY, i did all the calling but when i did talk with someone, my questions were answered promptly or was transferred to someone who did answer my questions. In closing, i felt that i had to call and do everything on my own.
We enjoyed and easy experience.
I was generally not able to talk with a real person and if I did it was a different person that didn’t know what was going on.

This is my second time working pennymac and it was even better than the first time so thank you.
been overseas is a bit to haggle with to get all the steps done
