Very good experience
It was completed in the timeframe Blake promised it. I'm still not sure why all outstanding creditors weren't paid electronically by PennyMac. This is disappointing and is taking longer for the balances to be paid than it should have. Seems ridiculous and seriously old fashioned to 1) force me to send an UNSECURED check and 2) not send them electronically all at the same time.

I was absolutely thrilled at the experience and communication level that LaNita demonstrated. She was always responsive to me and the many questions that I have had.
Immediately after closing I received a letter in the mail offering a lower interest rate from PennyMac. Apparently PennyMac wants to keep selling me loans and didn't offer me the lowest interest rate possible the first time. This doesn't lead to a lot of trust with my mortgage company.
