The closing happened in only 2 weeks. While this is not a big issue and probably a good thing, I was told 4 weeks and that I would not have to make a March payment. When the closing was moved up 2 weeks, it meant I would not need to make a February payment and then will need to make a March payment. This was long and unneeded process due the handling for the original loan processor Jason P. I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint at get my load was closed without notice to me and the unwillingness to correct the errors made in documentation at closing. Very unprofessional at first but Nolan and Merrill were much better and very understanding and responsive to all situations.
