Good experience and successful closing.
Communication: VA fee added due to mistake. Interest rate change. Two closing documents extensions not communicated until I called. Seasoning requirement. One month extension communicated three days from closing. I called notary who didn’t know.
The process was quick, efficient and easy.
From the beginning is was straight and to the point. It was clear and went down just as it had been explained to me. The person who came to my house let me know in plenty of time so I was ready and was professional. The same for the lady who went to my wifes temp residence.
Mr. Williams answered my questions I had about the loan.
