From the time I input my online application everything went very quickly but very smoothly. Communication was great. The only issue I had was getting multiple calls from different numbers which made it hard for me to answer due to my spam blocker on my phone. Also the process of having to sign in to read “secure” emails was a bit of an annoyance- that could be improved.

Lessen the amount of paperwork for refinancing, this wasn’t a new loan. Communication was usually during working hours when I wasn’t always able to talk. Should have information relayed to me after business hours.

Unfortunately the notary was a no show to the first scheduled closing. I was never given an explanation as to why and the email I sent to my loan officer was returned as undeliverable. The rest of my experiences were above expectations.

There was trouble with both the online technology and communication as to how I was to proceed when trouble occurred. I also felt bounced between multiple reps form beginning to end. The Closing itself was excellent, though.
