There were Multiple requests to sign the closing disclosure which had incorrect payouts. I would not sign because these same docs were sent each time; I believe 7 times, finally Renee Geikler sent an updated copy and the next day Savanna Palmer notified me that the correct Document was now complete and that we could just sign on closing Day which we did and are now closed

From Callie to Patrick and Nancy with the title company, they are absolutely the best in the business! I have but one reservation. During my first closing , Pennymac called Nancy (with the title company ) while my witness and I were signing the documents. Apparently my deceased wife’s name was never taken off the title which I had requested. Pennymac did remove her name from the loan and made me solely responsible per my request.
