Communication from my entire mac team was horrible including Julianna Cruz, Ashley Ayala and Reed Wright. They don't answer their phone calls and never return voicemails or emails. Never again with this company.
Smooth and fast transaction. Fast clear answers to my questions.
More clear definitive answers. Never really spoke to Danyelle through the loan process. Mostly spoke with Rylee and she was great. Even though she was difficult to reach at times. She went above and beyond to answer all questions. The rest of the team.. not so much.
Overall was a quick painless and enjoyable process
Everyone clearly communicated the requests & terms. Auto sign was simple & accurate. The lead team member, Ihsan was timely & responsive throughout the process. The only comment I have was the verification of Gail’s employment should have been done earlier, not the day before NYE when many people are unavailable. Earlier we recv’d a request with wrong info on who could verify. Otherwise, everything was on time.
