Everyone we dealt with was super nice and very explanatory with questions we had
Communication and accuracy. The willingness of PennyMac employees to resolve concerns and questions without being rude to the already angry customer. The only reason PennyMac still have my almost 300k loan is because of an employee named Elliana. She got everything resolved for me and got me to closing. I almost cancelled my refinance. If it wasn't for her, I would have taken my loan to a different company.
Its was quick and easy to go through the process.

LaNita Green's customer service was excellent and she is very knowledgeable representative of PennyMac. However, the length of time it took by the title company to get the subordination agreement approved was very lengthy.
