Process was smooth and everything explained clearly. If I did have a question it was answered or I received a call in a timely manner.

The initial home value was much higher than the actual appraisal value. While this is not completely your fault I was only doing the refinance to pull cash out for home renovations. In the end I got a lower rate but was disappointed with the outcome. Would have liked the appraisal to happen sooner so I could make a more informed decision.

Things were a bit shaky in the beginning, but then as Ms. Wiggins began to communicate with me personally, thing improved.
I was nervous about the refinance loan process but Max Mitchell and the rest of the Penny Mac team walked me through with ease. I felt calm and walked away more educated than when I went through my initail loan process two years earlier. I really appreciate how things were explained.
Communication was excellent
I like that Kami would email me when communicating about what was needed to speed up the process. She would also update me about the loan process.
