Everything was pretty good. Communication was fairly limited. There were a few clunky aspects to the website but everything worked.
The initial home value was much higher than the actual appraisal value. While this is not completely your fault I was only doing the refinance to pull cash out for home renovations. In the end I got a lower rate but was disappointed with the outcome. Would have liked the appraisal to happen sooner so I could make a more informed decision.
Stephen Toth was great and so were the loan processing, underwriting and closing departments.
There process was painless. My loan processor Max kept me abreast of every step in the process. Overall service by PennyMac from application to closing was exceptional.
LaRonda was very helpful in answering any questions that I had.
Very pleasant experience. The process was timely and efficient and met all of my expectations.
I am especially pleased with Juliet and her responsiveness to questions. If there were conditions needing assistance beyond her area of responsibility, I was referred immediately and the process continued smoothly. I would happily work with her again.
