This survey is difficult because I had no issues with Tony. He was polite, kind and efficient. That was not the case with the other two. I am very displeased and not at all happy with the way the loan turned out. But absolutely very pleased with Tony and his follow through.
Timothy Woods was amazing with answering all questions before closing which made the process very easy! Mary Capolla from Stewart Title was very personable & knowledgeable of the closing process! This was a very amazing experience and I’m more than satisfied with PennyMac!
The communication with Ajanay was always positive and considerate. She made a great effort to insure a smooth transition.
Unfortunately the loan officer was out from COVID and we didn’t know so when we tried to contact him we had no response until he returned
