I would have liked to know that the closing cost were coming out of the equity i was pulling. I didnt know iy would be taking almost a 3rd of it or else i would have pulled out more to compensate
Kami, was good to go. The closing was delayed two weeks asking for me to change the deed back to my Wife and I’s name from my LLC. AFTER Attorney expense and delay, the deed was actually in the closing docs from LLC to Gena and I. That was a waste of Money and time. That’s my big gripe.
Was not made specifically clear of state law regarding property.
