There was some sort of miscommunication on the side of the title company. I sent them the paperwork needed, however they missed it. Unfortunately no one shared that with me so I kept receiving emails saying we were weeks out from closing, which I thought was going to affect my locked in rates. The initial contact had numbers all over the place. We almost didn't use PennyMac for the refinance because the information didn't seem competitive with what we had researched. During the first draft of the paperwork we noticed discrepancies with the quote but they were in our favor so we opted to proceed.
