There were a few small hiccups with uploading documents to the online interface, as well as some slight confusion about the timing of our closing, but everyone was extremely responsive and prompt in answering our questions. We were overall quite satisfied with the service.
Easy process, frequent updates, not as fast as expected but still got it done very quickly after mods were required!

We were expecting electronic funds if all credit cards to be sent. We were mailed checks. Electronic transfer to f funds to bank we were told had to be over $2500 after the fact.
