It was an easy process to refinance and everyone communicated great
It was a pleasure using PENNYMAC for my refinance.
Understand COVID has an impact on staffing levels and slowed the entire process. Several times we were given incorrect information concerning our refinance. Our contact and his supervisor gave us incorrect information about our eligibility to waive the VA funding fee due to a VA disability. I had to go to the VA and one of your competitors to get information to pass to your team to so the fee would be waived. At closing the fee was waived as authorized by the VA.
