Our loan processor, Lauren Aslin, made this refinance a super smooth operation. Lauren was always keeping us informed in a very clear and concise manner. My questions were always handled in a highly professional manner. We couldn't have done this as smoothly without Lauren.
It took 2 months to get an appraisal back and it took 80 days to close. 45 day closing was expected.
