I kept repeatedly getting a bank account reference requests (from an auto-generated email?), but was reassured each time that it wasn't necessary. That was annoying. Also there were some account log-in issues that I.T. was working on. We (I) gave up trying to use the portal and just called Jennifer with any question. She was prompt, clear and accurate. Any rating I left that wasn't excellent, was centered around the above issues and not related to Jennifer's excellent service and attention. Chris

There was no communication on the closing. I didn’t receive the final revised Alta statement, I had to ask for it. The title company was horrible. Fire them immediately. They missed my husband on the documents causing a later closing where I could have lost my lock on the loan, when rates just skyrocketed. I tried to call to get confirmation that the lock would stay in place and no one called me back. I had one person say, “well they normally extend the lock.” That is not an answer. Communication could have been better. I was unable reach people vis phone so had to resort to email Communication. Documents were asked for sometimes repeatedly. Payoffs were not arranged and closing had to be delayed. The people were very nice but some of the instructions weren't very clear. Otherwise a very good experience and the rates were the best around.
