There was a lot of confusion between the processor and originator. I felt like I had to do more calling in than I should have, to get update's. Finally spoke to a manger and he did help clear things up a bit, but all in all the loan was complete and done. I will use PennyMac in the future, but more communication would be desirable. Thank you.

Briana was extremely prompt and professional. She worked around my busy schedule and kept me up to date via email and phone. Even with a small speed bump she was right on top of it! Phenomenal customer service!

There was no communication on the closing. I didn’t receive the final revised Alta statement, I had to ask for it. The title company was horrible. Fire them immediately. They missed my husband on the documents causing a later closing where I could have lost my lock on the loan, when rates just skyrocketed. I tried to call to get confirmation that the lock would stay in place and no one called me back. I had one person say, “well they normally extend the lock.” That is not an answer.
