Appraisal for energy efficient homes was horrible. Had the paperwork all wrong regarding my trust and lady bird deed. Typo in loan value without communication delayed process.

Good experience. Easy process.
We were supposed to have our funds directly deposited in our account. Instead we got a check that is taking two weeks to clear. We were also supposed to get paid on the 8th of Feb and didn't receive the check until the 15th. That is not aa way to treat customers
