I was very happy with the service and the way the procedure went.
It was a great experience! Had two crowns put in and they were perfect. I loved that I didn't have to wait two weeks for the crowns to be made. I was a one stop shop and it turned out perfectly.I highly recommend them, I finally found my dentist!
Holli Howard is a fantastic hygenist. She is meticulous in her work. Instead of just "cleaning" my teeth, she has helped me to be aware of conditions and techniques or habits that I can incorporate into my daily teeth care that I would otherwise not have been aware of. In all my years of check ups and teeth cleaning, she is the best. Based on my experience, Dr. Penrod and Holli are the "A TEAM".
Every staff member from front office Kathleen, Danielle, Erin Dani, to the dental hygienists to Dr Penrod are wonderful.
Dr. Penrod's staff is courteous, efficient and very accommodating. I saw Dr. Kimberly Carter, the Endodontist for a root canal and she did the injections like a pro. (She works in Dr. Penrod's office once a week) I was very pleased with the result.
I really appreciate the care and the concern she shows about the health of my teeth. She is watching one very closely and it may need attention before the end of the year. At the next cleaning, a decision will be made.
Always a great experience, that's why I keep coming back. :)
