My entire experience was great. Staff is very friendly and listens to your personal concerns. My dental hygenist was great, very thorough and informative. She gave me great tips to avoid gum disease and potential decay. The dentist was equally great...fast and caring. They also have state of the art equipment and a patient television screen so you can see your x-rays and any issues they need to address or watch your favorite show while getting your teeth cleaned.
I really like the experience I have when I go into Dr. Penrod's office. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the office is immaculate.
It was exciting to participate ib SPACE AGE DENTISTRY WITHDR. PENROD in charge of the Space Ship with his trusty Co Pilotat his side. A Miracle to be able to make a new Tooth while you wait. Words can not express my gratitude. From my initial phone call I felt like the ONLY patient. I was experiencing a horrific toothache for entirely to long(I have always had a fear of the dentist) and the staff there put my mind at complete ease. Willing to do anything to make me comfortable. I wanted to do all of my front teeth for at least 10 years because they were in such bad shape. I talked to quite a few dentists about it and just never felt comfortable with any other dentist. I had a really great feeling about Dr. Penrod right off the bat and knew he would treat me right. Plus the before and after shots on his website were amazing. He did all 6 of my front teeth and made it totally painless and easy. It went so well and I'm so happy I did it...even with the temporary crowns...it looks better!

I was in for just a cleaning and what I appreciate in addition to good work is a genuine concern for the dental health and well being I sense in everyone on the staff.
Patients should be advised that the installation of a crown could take up to 2.5 hours because of on-site crown production. It eliminates the old return visit but it is 2.5 times longer than the traditional visit.
