I have experienced dental offices that left me very frightened of dentist. Dr. Penrod's office is not that place, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk in their door until your appointment is over. Kathleen was my first contact at the front desk and she made it very easy for me to get my new paper work handled. Holly, my hygienist, was warm and welcoming! Excellent service.
I was greeted with a smile at the front desk and then the office manager helped me find my procedure room and introduced me to the dental tech who made me comfortable and kept asking if it hurt. Then another dental tech gave me my novocaine shot, I didn't even know she was done,she was the best ! Dr. Penrod was so gentle and did outstanding work. This office is a keeper !!
My visit on 3/19 was a good experience. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Nicole is a wonderful technician and the ladies at the front desk are helpful and always have a smile. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Flores (?)Thank you for all your great work,Gigi Stybr

The Dr. Flores and the staff are really awesome. I've been there 4 times in one month and every visit has been really awesome. They make sure that you are comfortable. They make sue that you not in any pain. And that you aren't ro cold or to warm in the chair. I also reallt like that you can watch TV while you are in the chair. They wait is not bad at all.
