I felt listened too, cared for and that the office overall was not just giving "lip service" but really cared about me as a person. Overall did a great job. However need to do a better job of identifying all costs prior to performing work though. Don't like surprises.
Everyone was very nice and caring. I was very nervous because of a bad experience last year at my previous dentist and I felt very comfortable during my entire cleaning.
Dr. Penrod is gentile, genuine & honest to top it off he's a phenomenal dentist! His work is fantastic! My entire family goes there as well, from my mother to my 7 year old son :)
I had deep cleaning today. I was treated kindly and was comfortable. The Hygenist was thorough, professional, and friendly. The front desk staff was nice and professional.
