Everything was great, my appointment and my 2.5 year old daughter's appointment went well. I liked that they showed me photos of teeth I could not see to explain WHY they were suggesting further work.
I am of the particular (and okay...picky) type. For Penrod Dental Care to impress me and continue to impress me since our family started visiting their office (roughly six years ago) should speak volumes! They do beautiful work and take pride in helping each patient maintain the highest standards of dental health! Kudos to Dr. Penrod, his associates, and staff!ABlack

Everyone is very professional and nice at the Dr. Penrod's office. I especially had a great experience yesterday with Sheila, hygienist. She provided me the best possible options for the few issues I have. Also Dr. Penrod saved my son's teeth last year! My son's teeth were knocked off during the sport event. Dr. Penrod rushed to the office for my son even though it was Sunday. His teeth were successfully attached! I cannot find the words to describe how thankful I am!

The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the office is state-of-the-art and sparkling clean. I was impressed with both dentists - Dr. Penrod and Dr. Flores. It is difficult to change dental offices, but I know I made the right choice because a problem that I was dealing with (which was the direct result of work done elsewhere) is now resolved and my mouth feels great. Thank you!
As usual I came away from my experience at Penrod Dental yesterday feeling well cared for in every way. Even staff members who saw me a year ago went out their way to greet me. The team at Penrod works together like a well oiled machine. My hygienist took great care to see that I was comfortable during the cleaning process and gave me frequent breaks to rest my jaw, by inquiring about my grandchildren, etc. All in all another '10' experience.
Each person at Penrod dental is highly skilled, both technically and in their communication skills. From the dentists, through the hygienists to the administrative support personnel they make you feel comfortable and 'cared for' from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave.
