I have never been to an office where everyone was so kind. Not only did they treat me so nice, the dentist called me the next day to make sure I was feeling o.k. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness.
I am always pleased with the warm and friendly staff at Penrod. My only complaint is the temperature. I was sitting in the dentist's chair for a couple of hours, and was absolutely freezing despite the blanket. I told the staff that the airconditioning needs to be adjusted to a more comfortable level. The dental nurse was marvellous!
I have always been very selective in my dental office since I have regular cleanings more frequently than the average person. Everyone is always very welcoming and helpful. I regularly schedule to work with Cherie. Not only is she very conscientious as a hygenist but I enjoy chatting/catching up with her (yes, she understands what I am saying even with tools in my mouth!).
I had a crown prep done and everything went well. Everyone was nice and sweet and no one/nothing stressed me out!! I will have to come back and have some more work done!!
The staff is extremely friendly and the dental care is top notch with the newest equipment. What is most impressive is the efficient use of technology--everyone in the office is connected to each other with discreet earbud radios. The result is every appointment is on time and finished quickly. A real pleasure.

Penrod Dental Care provides superior dental service. After entering their state of the art dental facility, I was warmly greeted by wonderful people (Daniele and Kathleene).
