As always, the staff was professional and sensitive to my needs.
I use to think most dentist had been car salesmen at one time or another not any more!The office is clean and on the cutting edge however they don't bleed you dry to pay for it.So to wrap it up I trust them with my children and my bank account.
This is the best dental service that I have ever found. THe staff is helpful, cheerful and accomodating. THe had my appointments made and printed when I was ready to leave. No waiting. My hygienst, Denise, was great. Super great really. Putting me at ease and keeping my mind off my cleaning. I am very pleased with all the services.
Dr Brown and staff were great with my 3 year old. Truly a great dentist for the entire family!
I got into teh office at the time of my appt and the staff takes and makes the effort so you know how important you are to them.
My visits to Penrod Dental Care are always pleasant (well as pleasant as a dentist visit can be). Everyone is very courteous from the front office to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves. That's why I've been a patient for 5 years!
Everyone was very helpful. Everything was great. I was informed on everything that was going on as well as what to expect from future visits.
