As usual, the staff at Dr. Penrod's office was very professional and friendly, from the moment I walked in to when I walked out the door to leave. In between was the usual exam and cleaning (pain free and about as pleasant as those things can go). I'd recommend Dr. Penrod and his staff.
My experience was great; I felt like home.
