I am such a really nervous patient when it comes to having any dental work done and I am always very picky about any dentist. Dental work is so important and it has such long term ramifications. I used to live outside of the OC and had a dentist I went to for a very long time. I have had bad experiences in the past so was not looking forward to finding a new dentist but I moved out of the area. My husband first went to Dr. Penrod so I started going to Dr. Penrod's office. In the three visits I have been on so far, I have been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism. Great...professional staff...loved it.
Thank you for squeezing my daughter in on a very busy day for you. It meant a lot to my husband and I that she was able to be seen on such short, very short, notice on a Friday after school. It could have been a tough weekend with tooth pain but we are now having a great weekend. Thank you again .
