After seeing a mailed advertisement, I called Penrod Dental Care to schedule a cleaning as a new patient. The office staff was very helpful friendly on the phone. I was scheduled for the following day. Service was prompt and warm upon my arrival for my appointment. The hygienist, Jess, put my nerves at ease. Dr. Penrod gave me practical advice and was understanding of my financial obligations; he didn't pressure me into additional or unnecessary services. Always a pleasant experience
As always, my appointment was on time, thorough, friendly, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into any unnecessary dental work.
I am new to the area and I was at my last dentist for 13 years. I am so happy I found Dr. Penrod's dental office. It is truly a professional dentist office - not like some of those who only want to sell you something. They are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. No one likes to go to the dentist but they try their best to make it very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Penrod.
