I had an appointment yesterday, 8/12/13, and I have to say everytime I go for my cleaning I impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness when doing the cleaning. I have not had a cleaning less than 50 minutes. Dr. Penrod makes it a point to sit with you, explain different options/alternatives and gives you the best treatment plan. I never feel pressured to choose anything nor do I feel like they take advantage of me. I had a greatexperience. My higentist was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me prior and during the procedure. I left there feeling better and with a solid game plan for better care of my teeth.
