I give a 5 star rating because they kept me informed of the progress and let me know what needed to be fixed but was not urgent so I didn't feel pressured as a female going in not knowing anything about mechanics. They also washed my car at the end of the service.

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy - when I arrived to the service department was met and checked in quickly and efficiently. Services were delivered quickly and effectively.
