Robert, my service person, was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me with a problem that was missed after my car was involved in a collision. Robert spoke to the body shop, on my behalf, to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He got them to approve the repair at Peoria Nissan. Robert also got them to pay for the repair and rental car which was huge because it involved the transmission. That was definitely a repair that I was not prepared for at this time. I Like how well they take care of my care. But it takes a long time because they have to go over everything.When I come in for an oil change it can take 3 hours.

The Tire rotation was done. I did ask to make sure. I was told sometimes the system glitches and it didn't mark it on my papers but I did ask my service advisor. I also looked at my rims when I got home and I remembered one being in the front and now it's in the back.
