Nice salesperson, part of the internet team, M., very friendly, not a high pressure sales pitch.He worked with my friends who checked out the vehicle before I was able to. Dropped vehicle off 7:30am for an oil change service. Requested a couple other things. By 2pm I hadn't heard an update so I contacted my service person. Shortly afterward I was told my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up one of the additional things was forgotten.
